When you think of cotton, you don’t necessarily think about how important it is. It’s just part of the setup, taken for granted. I’ve tried quite a few types over the years and, like many people, I started with cotton blocks, pulling off the amount I wanted by eye, which was always a bit of a gamble.
Then pre-made cotton strings came into play, and this is where Blaze Organic Wicking Cotton really stands out. Besides the quality features you’d expect (pure and tasteless, no bleach, highly absorbent, temperature resistant, 100% organic), it has one advantage that is unbeatable for me personally: there’s plenty of string cotton for 2.5mm or 3mm coils, but of all the ones I’ve tried, Blaze is the one that is top notch for 3mm and PERFECT for 3.5mm.
I use several Thundercloud RTAs that already taste fantastic with a single 3.5mm coil, and with Blaze cotton I’m getting the maximum flavor and consistency out of them.
Here’s another example: you know that moment when you comb out the cotton and one stroke pulls half of it away? That has never happened to me with Blaze, since it separates really easily.
Most recently I ordered 4 packs from this shop, because I’d rather have a stock at home. Five stars? Absolutely.
